How long does shipping take for heavy gym equipment?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, though larger items like treadmills may require specialized freight handling.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition. Please note that return shipping costs for large equipment are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all HomeFitnessCode equipment comes with a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal home use.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
