At HomeFitnessCode, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your fitness equipment, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a heavy-goods pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
